As a leader in the Energy & Resources team, you’ll oversee complex projects in electrical distribution systems up to 44 kV. Your wealth of experience, combined with a strong command of overhead and underground systems, will ensure the delivery of superior client services.

This role involves direct project management and mentoring junior engineers, while providing cutting-edge solutions to technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design activities for overhead and underground distribution systems
- Review and approve engineering documents and work packages




- Manage projects effectively from initiation to completion
- Resolve complex field issues using engineering judgment
- Build strong relationships with utilities and clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- Over 12 years in electrical utility distribution
- Experience with ≤44kV systems
- Knowledge of Ontario utility standards and software tools
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
