This full-time position focuses on training field staff according to a well-defined education plan. You will utilize your 3-5 years of adult education experience to empower nursing teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor preceptors for student nurse placements
- Organize clinical orientation for new nursing staff
- Conduct mandatory educational sessions, including back care




- Partner with Care and Services Manager to operationalize training plans
- Promote Para Med’s policies through ongoing education

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse license with provincial regulatory college
- 3-5 years' experience in adult learning
- At least 2-3 years of nursing practice in community environments
- Community Health Nurse certification preferred
- Robust critical thinking and presentation skills
