Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to manage challenging employee conversations
- Previous experience with matrixed corporate structures
- Solid knowledge of Employment Standards Act
