HVAC Technician
Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

About the Role
We are currently hiring for an HVAC Technician position for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and experienced in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is well suited to someone who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and provide professional service in residential, commercial, or mixed-site environments.
The position is designed for candidates who are comfortable handling service calls, routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system checks while maintaining strong workmanship standards and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing
Work with heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components as required
Read work orders, service notes, and technical information carefully
Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
Communicate clearly with customers, site contacts, or internal team members
Maintain accurate service records, notes, and job-related documentation
Identify worn or faulty components and recommend appropriate next steps
Support clean, organized, and professional job site practices
Requirements Experience working with HVAC systems and equipment
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or system-related issues
Robust understanding of safe work practices
Ability to use tools, testing equipment, and service-related materials properly
Reliable transportation if travel between sites is required
Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
Ability to follow instructions, technical procedures, and service schedules
Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed HVAC service work
Familiarity with maintenance schedules, inspections, and service documentation
Ability to read diagrams, equipment information, and technical notes
Strong problem-solving ability and practical troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Relevant licensing, certifications, or trade qualifications where required
Willingness to continue learning and growing within the trade
