Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation seeks a dedicated principal responsible for overseeing all aspects of school leadership and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and instructional initiatives at the education centre
- Ensure safe and productive daily school operations

- Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education
- Foster the integration of Mi’kmaw language across curricula
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Education required; Master's desirable
- Valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification or eligibility
- 5+ years of teaching experience; leadership favored
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Mi’kmaw language
- Experience working with First Nations communities preferred
