Care Rxis seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team in delivering safe and effective drug distribution services across multiple facilities. This role offers the opportunity to developexpertisein areas such as geriatrics, palliative care, and mental health medications.

Role Accountabilities: Assist the Staff Pharmacist with the preparation,packagingand distribution of patient prescriptions

Ensure that all prescriptions are complete and authentic
Gatherandensure completenessofall necessary information, Confirm data entry accuracy ineMARand Kroll
Confirm accuracy of pharmaceutical productsand ensure final checksare completedfor accuracy prior to theirrelease
Ensuringaccuratedocumentation,maintainingconfidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and contributing to a clean pharmacy environment

Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring to The Team: Registered and in positive standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)

Knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy systems in a long-term care setting is a strong asset




Retail/Community/ Long Term Care Pharmacyexperiencestrongly preferred
Demonstrated computer or work processing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Location: This ison-site role at 126-10748 74 Street SE Calgary, AB and follows a five-day workweek
