Reporting to the Quality Director, your role will involve developing quality strategies for nuclear and conventional projects while supervising a dedicated audit team. Your leadership will drive a culture of accountability and safety across project teams. Collaborating closely with procurement and project management, you will ensure that all quality assurance measures translate into superior project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:



- Establish integrated quality strategies and goals - Supervise Quality Assurance processes and audits - Foster robust supplier relationships for quality improvement - Monitor audit team performance and competencies - Ensure complete and accurate audit documentation
Requirements: - At least 8 years in a Quality Management role - Familiarity with Nuclear supply standards - Proficient in Quality Assurance processes - Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent - Relevant ASME NQA-1 certification preferred
