We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Consultant (2 year contract) to work in close partnership with the business to help develop and execute in-depth people strategies.What You Will Do
Provide guidance to managers and Associates with respect to HR policies and proceduresProvide counsel to managers pertaining to employee relations mattersIdentify and execute appropriate recruitment strategies to support the business needsEffectively manage full cycle recruitment including attracting and sourcing candidates through networking and other strategies to find qualified candidatesFacilitate group meetings/focus groups for client areas,



analyze information collected and counsel managers regarding any trends / issues identifiedIdentify relevant trends and best practices to help their business areas position themselves for future challenges and adjust their business and operating models as neededDevelop and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, change management, human capital development, talent management as well as organizational developmentCollaborate with cross functional teams on projects that support business needs.Other duties as assignedThe salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
