As a critical member of our Information Security team, you will report to the VP of Information Security at IMAX. This role blends operational know-how with a strategic mindset, allowing you to lead initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive compliance programs. You are encouraged to mentor peers and influence best practices organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities:



- Identify and remediate gaps in security controls and processes - Create and implement risk strategies for critical IT systems - Ensure compliance with various security frameworks and regulations - Evaluate and implement security technologies aligned with needs - Strengthen collaboration across teams for enhanced security culture
Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience - 8-12 years in information security with SOC experience - Solid incident response and enforcement of security frameworks - Proficient in SIEM, EDR, and cloud security management - Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate effectively
