About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its energetic team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership, responsible for the financial stewardship, strategic insight, and long-term value creation across a multi-entity business environment. This role involves leading all financial management activities, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk analysis, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will also provide strategic financial guidance to support major development projects, construction initiatives, capital planning, and organizational growth. Additionally, the CFO will manage relationships with lenders and insurance partners,



playing a pivotal role in financing strategies and long-term capital structure.
The ideal CFO for the company will be an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and people-focused leader, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. They should be a trusted advisor, confident in offering analytical insight, and contributing a strategic financial perspective while supporting the organization's values-driven approach. A CPA designation and a minimum of 7 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years at a senior strategic level, are required. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in accounting and financial reporting, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving organizational performance.
