Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various phases of complex capital projects
- Prepare tender documents in line with legal standards
- Manage public inquiries and community engagement initiatives




- Evaluate contractors and ensure project compliance
- Develop and track the annual capital budget submissions
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist
- Five years of related project experience required
- Solid knowledge of Ontario standards and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
