Based on your experience and the level you will join at, you will: Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high‑quality and timely completion Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performance Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career Advisor Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants, fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potential Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualise innovative approaches and solutions Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value‑added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for
