The Public Affairs Service Line is the world leader in Social and Opinion Research. We work with clients on political and public opinion polling, citizen and stakeholder management, social policy improvement, sustainable development strategy and identifying societal trends and perceptions across several sectors. We assess how government and public affairs policies as well as societal trends and views impact our client’s brand/products/markets. What makes this role important at Ipsos?
As a Director, you will play a leading role in the provision of strategic insight to our clients in the delivery of research and advisory services. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business issues and needs in order to develop and design appropriate solutions while building and maintaining robust client relationships. You are experienced in quantitative research design, with experience leading projects from start to finish.

Design research proposals that contribute to growing business presence and scope with clients, and mentor and coach a small team of researchers. Coordinate and perform data analysis and verification, test hypotheses, draw conclusions, prepare reports and presentations, make recommendations and provide ongoing advice to support decision‑making and planning. Understand the spectrum of Ipsos service lines and collaborate with other experts across the service lines to support the client, including new business outreach and structured business development plans. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and career growth on an ongoing basis. Create an "internal brand" within Ipsos and give thought to the unique area (whether client facing or internal facing) and activities that will help guide what they want to be "known for" as an expert within and outside of Ipsos. CLIENT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as primary project lead to the client, overseeing more junior members, handles more complex conversations/communications around project design, analysis, and unexpected challenges, ensures business retention and uncovers incremental revenue generation opportunities, and provides coaching and guidance to junior team members on client interactions.
STUDY LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads or co‑leads final report writing elements, strategic client guidance and presentation of findings, working with large datasets and databases of primary and secondary data through sub‑group and advanced analysis.
