Director of Sales (Transportation & Logistics)
based at our Mississauga headquarters. To be direct: we aren't looking for someone to spend the first six months doing cold outreach or building a pipeline from scratch.
We are looking for a leader who brings hot leads, an active book of business, and deep relationships with shippers who are ready to move freight today. Responsibilities
Converting Hot Leads:
Bringing immediate contract freight, dedicated lanes, and enterprise opportunities into our 60-truck network. Maximizing the Asset Network:
Aligning your existing shipper connections with our capacity to ensure high fleet utilization and profitable lanes. Commercial Leadership:




Taking full ownership of our sales strategy and working hand-in-hand with operations to seamlessly onboard recent accounts. Qualifications
An Active Pipeline:
Established, trust-based relationships with major freight decision-makers, manufacturers, and shippers across Canada and the US. Real Asset-Based Experience:
A proven track record of securing freight specifically for asset-based fleets or heavy brokerage environments. Local Presence:
Based in or able to commute to our Mississauga/GTA offices. Benefits
