In this position, you will engage in consulting services for Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations across Canada. Combining 75% support with project tasks, you'll analyze customer requirements and streamline their processes. High-quality communication and troubleshooting will be critical for effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting for D365 F&O; engagements
- Analyze and refine client business objectives
- Offer training to client staff on ERP operations
- Troubleshoot and replicate issues in a development scenario
- Implement solutions using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O; consulting
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management functionalities
- Understanding of other D365 F&O; modules preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated team contributor in rapid-paced environments
