Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to report directly to the Area Manager. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while implementing and managing health programs across multiple facilities.

This role involves proactive safety monitoring and providing guidance to concrete and aggregates production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support Safety and Health Management Systems
- Provide ongoing safety support to production operations




- Monitor and report on facility safety performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory requirements
- Proactively manage employee health and safety issues

Requirements:

- Post-Secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum of 10 years relevant safety experience
- Holds or pursuing CRSP designation
- Solid training, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Competence in developing safety programs
