About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, working closely with the executive team and the Board of Directors to provide financial leadership, develop and execute capital strategy, ensure reporting integrity, and manage the risk framework.

This role is pivotal in the company's growth through the acquisition of community pharmacies, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating and shaping the financial aspects of these opportunities. The CFO will also be responsible for building a scalable finance infrastructure to support the company's expansion and will play a central role in supporting investor confidence.





The ideal CFO for the company will be an ambitious and commercially minded finance executive with a strong background in financial reporting, governance, and controls. Experience in a publicly traded organization or a solid foundation in public accounting with public company exposure is essential.
The role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in scaling finance functions, improving systems and processes, and implementing technology for operational efficiency. The CFO should have meaningful experience in M&A;, including financial due diligence, integration, and forecasting, and be capable of bringing fresh ideas to support the company's evolution.
