Ocean Spray is hiring a Receiving Supervisor to manage the processing of incoming products at the plant. Provide leadership and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
The Receiving Station Supervisor will oversee the operations of the receiving team, ensuring that all targets are accomplished efficiently and safely. This position demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
You will also report on operational processes and facilitate maintenance tasks for optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead receiving team activities to meet objectives
- Monitor and report on equipment condition and operator performance
- Ensure safe and timely fruit receiving services
- Manage monthly report preparation and A/P administration
- Coordinate maintenance and oversee additional projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in receiving operations is essential
- Problem-solving and management skills required
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
