The Company is seeking a VP - Consulting to play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of its network. This position is not just about business development; it's about deepening relationships with a vast, high-trust database of established contacts, including CEOs, high-net-worth entrepreneurs, and senior executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the executive search vertical, professionalizing and expanding this unique niche that aligns high-level qualified competence with a commitment to Christian values. The role demands a self-starter with a proactive, output-oriented approach,
who can integrate with the broader consulting services and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
Candidates for the VP - Consulting role at the company should have 3 to 5 years' of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or consulting, and possess a university degree. The role requires a Canadian resident or citizen, with a preference for those with a background in Christian higher education.
The ideal candidate will be digitally fluent, tech-savvy, and adept at modernizing the sales and search process. They must be relationship-driven, with a warm approach, and be a proactive self-starter, capable of managing a large database of leads independently.
