In this role within L3Harris WESCAM’s advanced engineering team, your specialized knowledge will drive the creation of cutting-edge imaging systems. You will manage complex engineering challenges while applying your expertise in CAD design, analysis, and leadership to support project completion and departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead mechanical design from concept through production
- Suggest innovations for system improvement and cost reduction
- Complete challenging engineering assignments with defined objectives




- Participate in design reviews as presenter or reviewer
- Mentor junior engineers in design practices and methods

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years or Graduate Degree with 4+ years
- Expertise in FEA, CFD, Solid Works, and MATLAB Simulink
- Well-versed in mechanical vibration and opto-mechanical design
- Solid technical communication and report writing skills
- Must obtain Canadian government security clearance
