Community Living Hamilton (CLH) is the region's leading provider for individuals with developmental disabilities. As an Inclusion Facilitator, you will work directly with children and families, fostering an inclusive environment through best practices.
Your role will ensure children of all abilities receive the support they need to participate fully in their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model for inclusion and support for classrooms
- Collaborate with education teams to implement best practices
- Advocate for children's rights and help remove barriers
- Provide support and facilitate learning among diverse client groups
- Engage families to promote community participation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Ontario)
- Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Experience with children requiring special needs support
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Valid Driver's License and vehicle access
