In this role, known internally as Contents Technician II, you will use your advanced restoration skills to help families recover from disasters. By leading your team, you will conduct essential cleanup projects while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Each day presents unique challenges, from manipulating specialized equipment to documenting processes meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee restoration of contents affected by damage
- Provide guidance to Contents Technician I team members
- Use advanced equipment for cleaning and restoration
- Photograph and track project progress accurately
- Cultivate a safe and efficient work atmosphere

Requirements:

- At least 1 year in restoration or emergency service
- Robust knowledge of fire and water damage methods
- Valid certifications: WRT, FSRT, OCT
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must hold a valid driver's license and clean record
