Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the HR Claims Management team and culture
- Lead the design of effective disability management programs
- Resolve complex claims with various stakeholders
- Ensure programs comply with provincial and federal legislation
- Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business
- Proven experience in leading disability management
- Understanding of relevant Workers' Compensation laws
- Proficient in executive-level communications
