The Site Superintendent is to lead site operations on complex foundation project in Quebec City, QC. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, quality, productivity, and compliance while coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors on site.Key responsibilities include:Plan and coordinate technical and logistical requirements for new job sites in collaboration with the Project / Site ManagerLead site establishment and site preparation activitiesSupervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, and crews to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and company proceduresDevelop work programs and sequencing of site operations in coordination with Project / Site ManagementEnsure use of current, approved construction drawings on siteMonitor and control site progress;
provide daily reportingand advise management of any deficiencies or deviationsPrepare accurate daily site reports, including verification by the Client’s representativeEnsure all site activities comply with BAUER Health & Safety policiesEnsure equipment and tools are available, properly maintained, and suitable for soil and site conditionsCoordinate equipment maintenance and servicing with the Project ManagerCoordinate material orders and control material usage and wastageInspect materials to ensure compliance with project specificationsSupervise, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance and progressLiaise with suppliers, clients, engineers,



and site representatives as requiredConduct daily workforce briefings and provide clear direction to crewsAttend project meetings as directed by the Project / Site ManagerWHAT WE LOOK FOR
7+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Senior Site Supervisor in
deep foundations construction
(using rotary drill rigs, large diameter caissons, slurry/bentonite drilling, etc.)Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and site best practicesAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsFrench language proficiency is an assetSALARY RANGE
