Reporting to the FP&A; Director, you'll own the budgeting process and manage financial forecasts. Your insights and attention to detail will ensure compliance and support for business leaders. Building strong relationships with operational teams will allow you to present valuable financial insights and contribute to efficiency improvements in processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:



- Manage the annual budgeting and variance analysis - Create management reports and insightful commentary - Partner with cross-functional teams for financial insights - Support resolution of financial issues in the field - Coach Financial Analysts and participate in special projects
Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration - 3-5 years in finance or accounting roles - CPA certification or in progress is preferred - Proficient in advanced Excel - Effective multitasking and communication skills
