Insight Global is seeking a an experienced Test Lead or manager to support a major GIS program within a large utilities environment. This role will lead end-to-end testing activities for GIS systems and their integrations with other enterprise platformsLead the overall GIS testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple project phases - Overseeing a team of up to 5 testers and work with integration leads across multiple LOB'SDevelop and manage test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matricesOversee functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Validate data quality, network models, and spatial accuracyCoordinate testing for integrations between systems such as OMS, ADMS, EAM, CIS, and mobile workforce solutionsWork closely with business SMEs, GIS analysts, developers, and vendors to define test scenarios and expected outcomesLead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution trackingWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 7+ years of experience in software/system testingHands-on experience testing across integration platforms (e.G., Esri OR ArcGIS, OR ArcFM, OR Smallworld, or similar)Experience with system integrations involving Geospatial/GIS/Mapping tools in enterprise applicationsProficiency in test management tools (e.G., JIRA, OR Azure DevOps, OR HP ALM, OR TestRail, Qtest or GRIP)Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies, including Agile and hybrid delivery models Experience working in the utilities industry (electric, gas, or water)Strong understanding of utility network models (distribution, transmission, or asset networks)GIS is a robust plus but some sort of Geospatial will suffice
