Key Responsibilities:
• Drive organizational and strategic annual planning
• Translate Quinte Health objectives into team-specific goals
• Develop and implement new programs and services




• Foster partnerships with health experience collaborators
• Explore opportunities for academic partnerships within Quinte Health
Requirements:
• Master's degree or in progress in a health professional program
• Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience
• 3-5 years of relevant hospital experience
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead quality improvement efforts
