Location & Work Arrangement

Full‑time, permanent, on‑site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assess customer needs and offer tailored auto financing solutions.
- Guide customers through the auto financing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collect and verify all necessary documentation and information for loan approval.
- Educate customers on available financing options, loan terms, interest rates, and conditions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.

What You Should Already Have





- Ability to clearly explain auto financing options, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Motivation to grow within a new and expanding department with opportunities for career advancement.

What We Will Give You

Compensation

- Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
- Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.

Projected Yearly Earnings

- Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
- Level 2: $65,500 – $90,000
