Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Type: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $25.34 - $28.15 per hour

As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in both front office operations and overnight financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a welcoming experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in both service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue; assist in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Balance and audit all room and tax charges, cashier reports, and guest and house accounts
- Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documentation
- Prepare customer tracking reports, market segmentation reports, and food and beverage revenue reports
- Ensure all audit procedures are completed in compliance with hotel and brand standards
- Communicate with other departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or provide information
- Provide front desk guest service support during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment throughout the overnight shift

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
