Key Responsibilities: • Guide stewards on collective agreement interpretation • Initiate and resolve workplace grievances • Represent the union in arbitration and hearings • Negotiate agreements affecting working conditions • Facilitate training sessions for members and stewards
Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant labour relations experience • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Ability to interpret complex labour legislation • Robust verbal and written communication skills • Valid driver's license and travel availability
