Key Responsibilities:
• Administer collective agreements and resolve employee grievances
• Counsel leadership on performance management practices
• Lead Pay Equity discussions for assigned groups
• Conduct workplace investigations ensuring legal compliance
• Manage recruitment processes and employee movements
Requirements:
• University degree plus postgraduate HR certification
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in healthcare
• Experience working in a unionized atmosphere; CHRP necessary
• Excellent communicator with strong mediation skills
• Willingness to travel to support multiple healthcare locations
