A Housekeeper will support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. The position is seasonal and will continue until .

Responsibilities

- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, ensuring constant cleanliness for guests.
- Adhere to housekeeping detail standards, vacuums, dusts, sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, strips linens, makes beds, and maintains and stocks housekeeping carts.
- Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries; sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens; dispose of garbage in units.
- Assist with common area cleaning while awaiting unit assignments.
- Observe precautions to protect resort guests and property, reporting damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships by responding to guest inquiries and concerns, handling issues to resolution, and escalating unresolved matters to management.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, security, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously exhibit the company’s Count on Me philosophy, be responsive to guests, associates, and colleagues, and deliver a great experience.

Travel Requirements

Travel is not required for this position. If on-site training is needed, it will be local and last approximately half to a full day.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Six months of related housekeeping experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude toward all guests and staff.
- Professional appearance and must be people-oriented, able to work independently or with others as needed.
- Knowledge of general cleaning concepts, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning tools and equipment.

Advantages

- Signing bonus: $250 for part-time (minimum 2 days a week) and $500 for full-time.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $26.75 per hour, adjusted based on experience, education, skills, training, and location.
