Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions and initiate nursing diagnoses
• Facilitate care planning with patients and their caregivers

• Participate in nursing committees and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Nursing program
• Active RN registration with BCCNM
• Completion or commitment to postgraduate specialty courses
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Excellent communication and nursing practice skills
