We are seeking an individual highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in a seamless manner and ensure the patient leaves well‑informed and prepared for their next appointment.

Schedule

- 13 hours per week
- Saturday & Sunday

What We Are Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or a combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
