This role involves maintaining training libraries and records while supporting quality assurance initiatives through staff education. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on training needs assessment for staff
• Develop and present training programs for current and existing staff




• Maintain electronic training records and educational libraries
• Coordinate compliance with provincial and federal training requirements
• Facilitate staff education for emergency response planning
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in health or social services
• Two years of adult education experience
• Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) certified
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Criminal Record Check necessary
