Working within a general contracting workplace, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate consultants and trade partners,



and maintain full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are meeting quality, budgetary and timeline targets. Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and department heads to identify resource needs and priorities. Be fully accountable for project budgets, cost estimates and forecasts, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to project goals. Oversee project procurement, trade partner selection, and contract negotiations to optimize cost‑efficiency, quality, and relationship management. Lead project teams, including internal project teams, external stakeholders, trade partners to ensure clear communication and coordination. Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities to assist where required to secure permits and their related approvals. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, safety and project team health. Prepare monthly project status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues and/or delays. Implement Laurin standard operating processes across all construction projects which are under their oversight. Supervise the commissioning and handover procedures, guaranteeing that projects meet and exceed client expectations. Assist with pursuits, pre‑construction planning and bid‑closing.
