Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct neighbor intakes and needs assessments

• Deliver empowerment services including food and benefit support




• Ensure client confidentiality and positive experiences
• Maintain accurate client records and data reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in social work or related field
• Experience in crisis intervention and motivational interviewing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to navigate diverse cultural settings
• Valid Florida Driver’s license and occasional travel required
