In this essential role, you will work hand-in-hand with HR and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract high-quality talent for the insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process from start to finish, as well as administering new hire onboarding, compliance, and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from job description to selection
• Attract candidates through creative sourcing methods
• Maintain an active pipeline for future staffing needs




• Deliver onboarding sessions and manage new hire paperwork
• Collaborate with HR on candidate evaluations and assessments
Requirements:
• Education in Human Resources or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, Bamboo HR is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
