Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and team-focused Keyholder. As the keeper of keys, you will partner with associates to own merchandise recovery and replenishment, open and close the store, and play a vital role in maintaining our reputation as the premier luxury-value destination.

Keyholder Responsibilities

- Focus on the customer experience by taking personal accountability to anticipate needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, merchandise, and customer service policies.
- Be cross-trained in store functions and provide coaching to associates.
- Open and close the store, manage bank deposits, balance POS drawers and safe, and maintain physical security of the building.
- Collaborate with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns, and coordinate staff schedules and activities.
- Resolve customer issues aligning to the core values of trust, integrity, and respect.
- Build rapport with customers and team, resulting in repeat customers and engaged associates.
- Maintain sales-floor standards, including replenishment, presentation, general appearance, and cleanliness of the department.
- Participate and support training for new company programs, procedures, and technologies.
- Consistently model and coach selling behaviors to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures, maintain knowledge of all health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a retail, customer service,



or sales environment; keyholder or supervisor experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Proven sales track record and results-driven approach.
- Proven time-management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service and build exceptional customer relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing your expertise.
- Ability to act promptly in routine situations and see a transparent plan of action to a positive result in the customer’s eyes.
- Ability to operate equipment such as radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
