As part of the PAARC Community Concurrent Disorders Program, you will work with individuals facing addiction and concurrent disorders. Your role involves conducting assessments, facilitating treatments, and ensuring clients receive necessary community support. Ongoing relationship-building with clients and healthcare providers is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage caseloads with ongoing supportive counselling
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning

• Maintain client documentation and comply with best practices
• Utilize technology for effective care delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or similar experience
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required
• CPR and First Aid certifications essential
• Proficient communication skills, trauma-informed practice required
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable transportation needed
