About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Planning Operations to serve as the operational anchor for its Community Capacity Building (CCB) division. This pivotal role is responsible for owning the infrastructure, coordination systems, and shared services relationships that enable the division's portfolio leads to effectively distribute funds across various planning portfolios. The successful candidate will be tasked with cross-portfolio coordination, shared services coordination, and operational infrastructure management, including financial stewardship and reporting. The VP will lead a team and is expected to have a strong background in operations, organizational management, process design, or grant management,



with a focus on building and maintaining operational infrastructure and processes.

Applicants for the VP, Planning Operations role at the company should have an undergraduate degree, with a graduate degree in a related field being an asset. A minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in a relevant operational role, particularly in a complex, multi-portfolio setting, is required. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with the ability to build and enforce operational standards, and will have a proven track record of leading and developing direct reports.
