In this senior role at Lightmatter, you will spearhead Design For Test initiatives for groundbreaking ASIC designs. Your expertise in DFT insertion, test pattern generation, and post-silicon debugging will be pivotal in bringing revolutionary technology to life. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform DFT insertion on ASIC designs including memory BIST
• Generate automatic and targeted test patterns efficiently




• Collaborate with Physical Design and Front End teams
• Conduct post-silicon DFT bring-up and debugging
• Automate the DFT and ATPG procedures through scripting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 13 years as a Design For Test Engineer
• Completed at least 2 ASIC tapeouts
• 2+ years with standard DFT CAD tools
• Robust scripting skills in Python, TCL, or similar
