Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson specializing in Offroad projects at the Edmonton Shop. In this shop-based position, you will conduct hands-on maintenance, running repairs, and troubleshooting for hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Ideal candidates will embody technical expertise and a commitment to quality work, contributing to the effective operation of civil construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on various construction equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults




• Conduct preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
• Keep equipment cleaned, lubricated, and maintained
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and operations personnel
Requirements:
• Provincial Journeyperson or Red Seal Certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
• Experience with WHMIS and CSTS frameworks
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Understanding of hydraulic and electronic schematics preferred
