As a General Construction Supervisor, you will utilize your 2-3 years of experience to oversee various construction projects. You'll be responsible for preparing crucial reports, coordinating activities, and scheduling to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Your leadership will be key in training your team and managing materials for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and compile production and activity reports
• Co-ordinate scheduling of construction tasks
• Establish and uphold effective work methods
• Recommend actions regarding personnel when needed




• Order necessary materials and supplies promptly
• Supervise teams and monitor project progress
• Provide training or facilitate necessary training sessions
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
