The City of Toronto is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant to provide hands-on functional, configuration, and implementation expertise for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division's IBM Maximo Manage implementation.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live preparation, stabilization, and knowledge transfer. This is a highly functional consulting role requiring extensive hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Manage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide recommendations for Maximo Manage solution design and configuration.
- Configure and validate:
- Organizations and Sites
- Application Designer
- Database Configuration
- Security Groups
- Workflows
- Reports and Dashboards
- Mobile configurations

- Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend solutions.
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and load cycles.
- Review and contribute to integration designs involving:

- SAP
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- MREF/TRIRIGA
- APIs and interface mappings

- Assist with:

- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)




- Defect triage and root cause analysis

- Support release management and setting promotions across:

- Development
- Test
- Pre-Production
- Production

- Participate in cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and stabilization efforts.
- Provide regular project status updates, identify risks and blockers, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Deliver knowledge transfer documentation, job aids, and sustainment materials.

Mandatory Qualifications

IBM Maximo Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience.
- Extensive experience with:
- Organization setup
- Site setup
- Application Designer
- Database Configuration
- Security Groups
- Related Maximo configuration components

Maximo Implementation Experience

- Successfully delivered a minimum of three (3) full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations as a:
- Maximo Application Consultant

Note:

Experience as an end user, super user, or project manager alone will not be considered.
