Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations as a mentor and team guide
• Oversee track inspections and maintenance duties




• Ensure tools and equipment are operational and protected
• Conduct safety briefings and report hazards immediately
• Coordinate training for team development and compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in track maintenance
• Two years in a leadership position
• Valid driver’s license required
• Mechanical aptitude and rail experience beneficial
• Proficient in safety regulations and documentation
