Flight Centre – Human Resources Business Partner / Employee Relations, Lvl II
Location: Toronto, CanadaAbout The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a lead HR Business Partner for Flight Centre Canada. The role focuses on employee relations, strategic HR support, and fostering a fair, consistent workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on people matters, policy compliance, and performance management.Manage a high‑volume employee relations caseload: intake, investigation, documentation, resolution, and trend analysis.Conduct impartial investigations, including planning, interviewing, fact‑gathering, reporting, and closing.Coach managers on progressive discipline, performance improvement, and difficult conversations.Assist with the rollout and adoption of Workday HRIS, including training and data maintenance.Support HR operations: policy updates, process improvements, and broader HR programs such as compensation, benefits, and leadership development.Collaborate on change management initiatives and ensure HR practices meet provincial requirements.Promote a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for all employees.Experience & Qualifications3–6 years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of policies, procedures,
