You will report directly to the Alberta & Saskatchewan Regional Manager, assessing damages and reviewing policy wordings while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. Your 3-5 years of experience in handling property or casualty claims is essential to succeeding in this independent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and investigate claims on-site
• Create detailed scope of repairs and diagrams
• Review policy wordings for coverage determination
• Prepare comprehensive reports communicating findings
• Authorize and negotiate claim settlements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of field adjusting experience
• Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2 License required
• CIP Designation or working towards it
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems
• Solid organizational and communication skills
