In this position reporting to the Superintendent – Processing, you will be instrumental in shaping training programs to meet the demands of mineral processing operations. Collaborate with experts to develop engaging materials that convey essential operational concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver workshops on processing methods and safety protocols
• Design training exercises including hands-on simulations
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments
• Provide personalized coaching to plant personnel




• Maintain comprehensive training records and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in mineral processing or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of experience in processing operations needed
• Experience in instructional design and adult education preferred
• Solid communication skills with proficiency in training methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a remote location on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule
