Drive community well-being as a Community Development Coordinator with the Town of Morinville. This full time position focuses on developing inclusive activities for residents.
You will take responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating a variety of recreational and cultural programs suited for all community members. This role requires strong skills in program logistics, customer service, and collaboration with local organizations and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement seasonal community programming
• Collaborate with local schools and organizations on initiatives
• Supervise the Community Bus program and its staff




• Evaluate community feedback and trends for service improvement
• Develop promotional content for seasonal programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum two years of experience in community development
• Standard First Aid & CPR/AED certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
